We want you to be completely satisfied with your AGOLDE denim, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to return shipments, while exchanges are always processed free of charge.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
